No plan merits close scrutiny. In the morning I skied on the Grande Motte Glacier and practiced carving turns. In the afternoon I climbed ‘Les Plates de la Daille’ with Nik. The Plates de la Daille lies opposite to the ‘Roc de Toviere’, with both ‘Les Plates de la Daille’ and the ‘Roc de la Toviere’ being bisected by the Gorges de la Daille. It was Nik’s first time climbing the ‘Plates de la Daille’ and I think he enjoyed it a lot.
